So that we will have enough one on one time with each other, new guest services are bundled together to make booking much easier. This helps your appointment to run smoothly and to avoid interfering with the next client's scheduled time. New guest appointments run roughly 2.5- 3hours.
Can I call to book an appointment?
All appointments are to be booked online only. Each service has a book now tab with description of service. Should you have any questions or concerns, feel free to hit the contact us button below!
How should I arrive to my appointment?
I encourage you to arrive excited and ready to learn. Your hair does not have to be clean but if you haven't shampooed and detangled within 7 days. it is important to arrive with your hair detangled from roots to ends prior to your appointment to avoid a $30+ detangle fee. All dry cuts must arrive with hair 100% dry, detangled
and free of products.
When does the schedule open up and what if my desired time is unavailable?
The calendar is open 45 days at a time. This means the schedule opens up on a daily basis.
If your desired date falls within the 45 days and there's no availabilities, simply add yourself to the wait list. Cancellations do occur, so in the event of a last minute cancellation your appointment request will fill that spot. Fill free to book another available time slot just in case.
What is the cancellation fee and tardy policy?
If your appointment no longer fits your schedule, I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Appointments are given a 10 minute grace period for unforeseen circumstances with notice. After 10 minutes your appointment is subject to being rescheduled or not completed in full.
Do I cater to all natural textures?
Yes, however I primarily work with kinky and curly hair.
